Gastritis: Did they check for H pylori ? that can cause and exacerbate gastritis and needs to be treated with antibiotics. Also may have food intolerances like dairy that exacerbate gastritis. Would try elimination of dairy for a week from you diet and see if there is a change. rarely conditions like Zolinger Ellison syndrome cause severe gastritis,- check gastrin level. f/u/ w/ Gastrointestinal doc
