Evening fever: For how long you had the fever, does it correlate with other symptoms ? like general malaise?, pain headache, enlarged lymphnodes, muscle acke, Are you taken medication like Aleve (naproxen), (naproxen) you need a lab test: CBC, ESR, CMP, and a CXR Your symptoms may range from a cold to a more severe issue. Start Aleve (naproxen) two tabs a day, take tbs mid-day, for a week . Come in a week
