Is a 99.7 ear temperature considered a low grade fever? has been like this for a week or so now. normal?

High normal: 98.6F is not the top normal temperature; it's the average over a few days, or during the day. Almost everyone's temperature varies by 1-2 degrees, usually lowest in the morning and highest late afternoon or evening. 99.7 is on the high side of normal, but probably all is normal, expecially if usually measured in the afternoon or evening.
