Depends: Any fad diet is not healthy because you will simply regain the weight once you go off it. You need to find a diet that you can stick to for the rest of your life if you want to keep the weight off. A vegan diet of fruits and vegetables can be healthy as long as you get in enough protein. Typically you need nuts as well as some vitamin supplements. Good luck.
