Fluoxetine: Per Drugs.Com, memory impairment is uncommon with Prozac & may occur in 0.1 to 1% of people. Insomnia could occur in up to 33% of people and nightmares / abnormal dreams may occur in 1 to 10%. If you have trouble sleeping - consider taking it in the morning. Let your provider know about possible side effects.
