Further evaluation: If his physician took a careful history performed a thorough physical examination and ordered any appropriate tests which didn't reveal any physical abnormalities, perhaps a referral to a psychiatrist would be helpful if your husband would agree to see one. Otherwise ask about specific symptoms(fatgue, urinary, gi etc) and have him see a specialist in that area (endocrinologist, cardiologist, gi)
