Keep going: You neglected to give your weight and you do not mention details of type of acne, other meds, menstrual periods, birth control. You may need 80mg but how ,much do you weigh? Typical person on Accutane clears in 4 or 5 months. You are only 3 months into it. Talk to the Dr who prescribed it!!
