I recently got back from the beach and i see a small white tender bump on the bottom of my big toe. i tried to squeeze it and nothing comes out.

Foreign body: You may have stepped on something. If painful soak it and see if something comes out. A foreign body can be anything you step on and creates a pus pocket. Without a picture or exam hard to be certain. If not getting better see a doctor.
