Yes: Vasospasm is a rare side effect of methylphenidate (fewer than 1 in 2000) but this is concerning. As long as you have no pain in your toes, continue the med BUT call your doctor immediately. If you get stonewalled by office staff, tell them you're having a potentially serious complication of your Concerta which is an AMPHETAMINE.
