It depends: Feverfew will do nothing to help an acute migraine but if taken daily has been shown to prevent migraines. For an acute migraine Tylenol works better for some, Advil (ibuprofen) better for others, though Excedrin Migraine which combines acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine is a good choice too.
