What stregth tylenol (acetaminophen): Should not mix them. Max 24 hour dose of Acetaminophen was lowered to 2000mg/day. It use to be 4000mg. A one time event will not be a worry. However if it is daily or very frequent then your liver needs to be checked. Should discuss the effectiveness of the migraine treatment with your dr.

Probably: If that is the only time you have taken that much Acetaminophen at once then you are likely going to be fine. Just don't do it again. Acetaminophen is toxic to your liver in high doses, and you took twice the maximum recommended dose. That is not good. But on the whole it was only 2/3 of what you can take in any 24 hour period. Taking extra pain medication usually doesn't help much, anyway.
