Headaches & Pregnant: Headaches are a significant complication in pregnancy and none of us would want to interfere with any advice, testing or evaluation that your OB should be doing. If you have not communicated this to your OB please do so urgently. They will be the one to determine what is causing this problem and what treatment should be instituted.

You can: Panadol is the same as tylenol (acetaminophen) brand for Acetaminophen . This medicine is safe to be taken in pregnancy but it is not proven to be of help for migraine head ache .Migraine tends to be less frequent and less intense during pregnancy due to not clear reason ( could be due to hormonal changes ). If symptoms persist , you may need to be on category c migraine medication like imirex.
