Watch it: Don't worry about your blood pressure if you are not feeling dizzy or having chest pain or shortness of breath. That being said, blood pressure usually goes up with exercise, so it is a little unusual that yours drops. However, if I were your doctor, I wouldn't worry too much about it if your exam checks out ok (heart sounds ok, no symptoms, etc)
