High HR w/ exercise: At 17 years old, your heart rate could reach over 200 while running or doing other strenuous exercise. You should be able to tolerate it for a brief time. Obviously, you will be breathing hard at this high heart rate. But, when you slow down, your heart rate should return to normal. If you feel dizzy or if it happens when you aren't exerting yourself, see a doctor.
