Luvox (fluvoxamine) is generally: dosed once daily at bedtime. If it seems to interfere with sleep then dose earlier in the day. Some may use divided dose if side effects are experienced with single daily dose. Best regards for relief.

Twice a day: “When dosages are greater than 100 mg/day, Luvox should be taken twice a day, in either equally divided doses or with the larger dose at bedtime. The inconven-ience of twice-daily dosing may be circumvented by switching to Luvox CR, which can be administered as a single dose at bedtime.” REF: http://www.mainlinefamily.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/Fluvoxamine_Fact_Sheet.pdf
