NOT MUCH: These two antidepressants can work together synergistically and the side effects should not necessarily be cumulative. Wellbutrin (bupropion) helps with Dopamine and norepinephrine and can cause some anxiety , appetite suppression, and sleep disturbance so should be dosed in the morning. Luvox helps with serotonin and can have sedation, weight gain, and sexual dysfunction.
