Adjuvant therapy: Kind of depends on what symptoms you're having and your response to Luvox (fluvoxamine). However, adding a low dose of drugs like Risperdal is very common practice in psychiatry for multiple disorders. That said ... be sure to tell your psychiatrist about any personal or family history of cardiac issues as there is a small chance for an interaction to occur in certain predisposed patients.
