A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nonspecific: The symptom is nonspecific but could be muscular discomfort due to positional factors during sleep. The chest discomfort appears noncardiac since you don't experience it during exertion during the day. If symptoms persist, consult your physician who will take a history, perform an examination and,if deemed advisable, may order tests like a cardiac stress test or chest xray to rule serious causes
