BMI 20 - 28: B"sd Ideal weight conventionaly assigned based on BMI. There is more too it depending on your body shape and body composition. Most important is your general health and things like menstrual cycle. If not done, in addition to dietician, evaluation by an endcrinologist or other physicain as appropriate should be done.
