Rest of exam: What is the rest of her exam? Is she awake and appropriate? Is she obtunded? Is she still seizing?
Pupillary dilatation can mean than pressure is building up so much in the brain that it is dying or dead. This can be very serious.
However, pupils can also dilate from seizures. Seizures that do not stop is also deadly. It is best you seek care as soon as possible.
