Normally both pupils dilate & constrict together. After being dilated by the ophthalmologist the effect usually last hours but can last a day or more. It's possible that the one pupil is still reacting to the dilation from the day before & got a stronger dose. Nevertheless I think you should call and get advice from your ophthalmologist.
