In the same lightning should peoples pupils be similar size? my pupils dilate & are huge compared to others in slightly dim light. doctors have commented too. no drugs. no medication. but do have intracranial hypertension. is this the cause?

Different people have different sized pupils in normal and dim light. As long as your pupils react equally to light and there is no afferent defect, it is not likely to be something to worry about. The intracranial hypertension however should be treated appropriately
