A member asked:

Do you think gluten sensitivities (not celiacs) are actually a thing? can cutting gluten out of your life really with fatigue and bloating?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Degrees of trouble: All of us are likely to notice foods that have an unpleasant effect on us. Gluten is certainly a problem for some, not most people. If you have real gluten sensitivities, they should be verified by testing, since some other health issues are more common in that population.Artificial food dyes, preservatives, etc, can cause similar symptoms. Just learn what your system tolerates and avoid the rest.
