1 in 3,000: But still more people are allergic to wheat, which is a different problem with a similar treatment: avoid it! fyi the only other grains with they type of gluten to avoid in celiac sprue are rye and barley.

It is the same thing: Celiac disease is gluten sensitivity and it is same condition and treatment is gluten free diet.
