If i was tested for celiac disease when i had an egd does that mean i have zero problems with gluten? or could i still have a sensitivity?

Celiac disease: If you had negative biopsies on recent EGD then you do not have celiac disease. That being said many people without gluten intolerance still feel better on a gluten-free diet, usually because they are eating healthier. If this is your case then I would recommend continued avoidance of gluten products as they are not an essential part of your diet.

Depends: I agree with Greiwe. However if the biopsies were done while you were strictly avoiding gluten for a length of time then your biopsy would appear normal.

Complex issue: You can have evidence of a gluten intolerance (increased transglutaminase IgA and gliadin-transglutaminase Complex IgA) picked up on by specialized labs. This abnormality can be found in the absence of a positive biopsy for celiac which is more reflective of the severity of the problem.Although living gluten free can be hard, for many it is worth the effort.
