Need more info: Is it detected via endoscopy? Are you having pain or vomiting blood? Avoid alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, irritating foods like spicy pepper and raw onion, etc. Get checked for liver problems. It is not life threatening unless you don't change your habits and you get more. If it is just there in an isolated case and found incidentally, monitor for black and stool, signs of bleeding.
