Many causes of RVO.: Several approved treatments for retinal vein occlusions (rvo's) exist. They range from laser treatment to injections of one of several newly approved drugs to the eye. All the while, we must also address the underlying cause of the rvo. The most frequent association for rvo is hypertension, though there are others as well. Best to see a specialist in the treatment of retinal disease.
