Red eye: Vasculature in the eye varies from person to person. If it is getting more prominent, then there us likely some source of eye irritation going on such as dry eye, blepharitis, rosacea, or other issues. Try warm compresses, artificial tears, ointment at night, and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. If no improvement, see an eye doctor to consider a low dose steroid, oral Doxycycline or other tx.
