Contact doctor ASAP: Zoloft, (sertraline) an antidepressant, and Fluanxol, an antipsychotic, can both potentially lower the seizure threshold in susceptible patients. It appears you are also on Tobramycin, an antibiotic. Altogether, the combination may make you more prone to untoward side effects. Recommend you notify your doctor at once. All the best.
