Observation: If you are not hurting, just watch it, since it has been two days. Did they repair your liver lac? frequently it is observation only if not severe. If you are worried, you could go get an abdominal sono at ER.

Get repeat CT: Return to your Trauma Surgeon and have him evaluate you. He will probably get blood tests and want the CT od the Abdomen repeated
