Probably: Grade III liver lacerations are moderately severe injuries (Grade I being the most minor to Grade 5 being the most severe). If you are free of any symptoms (pain, nausea, etc) then you are likely well healed from your injury. To be safe, seeing your physician and having some basic blood tests performed (frequently termed LFTs) can be done.
