Yes: Small hemangiomas in the liver, including multiple ones are quite common and vast majority are harmless.

It is not normal,: but hemangiomata of liver is very common. If it is small, it is of no consequence. Sometimes it can enlarge during pregnancy. Treatment depends entirely on size and any blood abnormality. Consult your doctor for specific recommendation.
