I have been taking ibuprofen and colchicine for 2wks & now my ast is elevated to 49. all other hepatic test normal, but i am having right sided pain?

Ibuprofen: Iboprofen can and often does do this. If you're taking this combination for gout, perhaps some other medical approach can be more helpful long-run. Probenecid is old-fashioned but worth considering. Best wishes.
