As fast as you can tolerate. Add some salt to the water you drink. You may use electrolyte drinks or Gatorade. You could also take fruit juice, or a combination of all these. Wish you good health!

Speak to your PCP, but recommended to have 1/2 body weight in pounds in ounces of water (200 lbs=100 ozs) /day, consider adding electrolytes as well. Has there been a diagnosis/cause of your migraines? About 1/2 of migraine type headaches are often related to inappropriate teeth contacts /bite issues.
