A member asked:

Can ibuprofen cause metallic taste in mouth. is it dangerous. i just started taking colchicine today but stopped ibuprofen.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Metallic taste: Most probably from blood in your mouth. Massive amounts of ibuprofen can cause bleeding along the GI tract. But could also be from gum disease, GERD, untreated oral lesion, and many other causes. See Dentist for evaluation as soon as possible.
