Gum tissue: Sometimes you will see changes in your gum tissues as your hormone levels change during the monthly cycle. This can happen in healthy gingival tissues. But it is important that you keep up with good brushing, flossing and regular dental care to keep your mouth healthy.

Yes: Hormonal changes can cause changes in gingival tissues. Important that you remove bacteria from between your teeth on a daily basis. See your Dentist /Hygienist for floss/Water Pik instructions. The better your hygiene, the less swelling you will have.
