My upper gums and teeth are bleeding since one year and dr says it is normal my gums are sensitive and i am developing permanent swollen lymph nodes under my jaw that is movable. is this bleeding cause those swollen nodes?

Bleeding gingiva = inflammation. Over the long run, inflammation can result in periodontal disease and loss of teeth. It may be wise to see a periodontist (gum specialist) in your area for a second opinion.

No, bleeding gums are NOT normal. Most often the bleeding indicates inflammatory infective gum disease. Sometimes indicate a serious systemic disease such as diabetes or leukemia. Tooth sensitivity and swollen lymph nodes in addition to the bleeding indicates Periodontitis, gum disease. Gum disease requires treatment, does not self heal. See a dental specialist Periodontist, not a Physician
