Hello, my gum is swollen around my top right most rear tooth on the inside of the gum. i think its my wisdom tooth. started 24 hours ago. no discharge, lymph nodes dont seem to be swollen, a bit sensitive maybe. no facial swelling. no discharge ?

You may be right...: It might be your wisdom tooth. Then again, it might not be. The cause is unknown. An exam by a local dentist will let you know what the issue is and what treatment is needed, if any.

Inflammation: Probably caused by infection of tooth or gum/bone. The overwhelming probability is this will not self-cure, only worsen/spread. Sorry, no OTC, salve, ointment, potion, homeopathic, will fix this. You need professional care. Please make an appointment with a local dentist before the infection gets out of hand.
