No; Multiple: There are multiudinous reasons why lymph nodes may calcify, most of them secondary to some infection that your child had awhile back. Ask yourself, does it bother her or does it bother you? If it really really bothers her take her to the best pediatric surgeon you can find and he'll cut it out and send it for a biopsy. The reason for a pediatric surgeon is he'll be meticulous about the suturing.
