Wisdom teeth??: The jaw surgery for class 3 bites are very common and if they did not extract the wisdom teeth during the surgery that is the only teeth that I can think of that could actually be coming out if any. If you have concern just simply make an appointment with your dentist and they can easily eval what is going on.

See an Orthodontist: You will have to wear braces, and most braces are removed within six to 12 months following surgery.
