No: At 3 months, bones should be solid. Ask the surgeon to check.

Probably not: Although you have boney union by this point, excessive trauma can do damage, with or without a history of recent jaw surgery. It would be prudent to visit your Oral and Maxilla-facial Surgeon just to make sure everything is ok.

Not possible: Oftentimes, you may find yourself clenching and grinding your teeth in the middle of the night; this is not unusual. However, braces are preventing your teeth and bite from shifting.
