Possibly: Jaw surgery may be an option, but changes in your occlusion may be necessitated by the surgery. Ask your Orthodontic Specialist to refer you to the Oral Surgeon on his crania-facial team for an evaluation. The Orthodontist, the General Dentist, and the Oral Surgeon can then arrive at a comprehensive treatment plan for you.
