Don't do it: By suppressing bacteria and providing moisture, an antibiotic cream is likely to make yeast grow even more. and make the problem worse. You need an anti-yeast treatment, either by mouth (fluconazole) or an appropriate vaginal cream or suppository. Check with your doctor.
