It's doubtful that you have an active yeast infection. Normal vaginal secretions are clear & odorless as opposed to the discharge caused by a yeast infection. If you're experiencing eczema of the vulva, cortisone cream would be the treatment. If you still have concerns, consult your gynecologist.
