I just finished my 7 day antibiotic cream for a yeast infection last night. how long should i wait to have intercourse again?

At least 48 hours: The cream has a residual effect on inhibiting further yeast regeneration and is not applicable if the medication is "flooded out" by sexual fluids and/or ejaculate.
