Diagnosis???: Was there a scabby infection ON THE SURFACE [impetigo]? Or was there something deep under the skin? If it was deep the Bactroban (mupirocin) had no role in the evolution of it. Nipple discharge? Probably an inflamed cyst but don't take a chance on something more sinister. Check with your Dr. Consult with a breast specialist may be in order. By the time you go back it might be gone.
