Urachal cyst?: Maybe you have a urachal cyst that has become infected. Urachal cyst is a minor congenital anomaly, a remnant of the umblical cord. If so, minor surgery might be required to cure and/or prevent repeat infection. A normal naval might occasionally get infected, especially if quite deep or if you are overweight. For now, just work the cream as deeply into your naval as you can. Discuss with doctor.
