Your surgeon: If you are still in that much pain that you need narcotics, there may be a complication, something a clinic may not be able to help you with.

NSAIDs-Tylenol OTC: Call your dentist for post-op visit and Rx for painkillers that you can alternate with NSAIDs and Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC.
