Back pain after drin: For how long you have these symptoms?,Is the pain at the back of the chest? high back close to the neck, or low back. The symptoms of swallowing and pain may be related to a diverticulum (pouch) from the esophagus, or a narrowing. What about eating food? You need a contrast swallowing study, also an Upper endoscopy, done by a GI specialist. Do not delay the visit.
