Every time i drink cold water, i get a sharp pain in my left shoulder. this has been happening for at least a year but never before then. very recently i have been feeling a slight pain below my right side of the rib cage. i also easily get full.bad?

You need an in person exam by your Dr, with labs and potentially imaging to diagnose and treat whatever is going on. Delay will only make things worse.
